HERBS AND SPICES I always have in my cabinet: For goodies: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, allspice, nutmeg. For meal : oregano, thyme, basil, paprika, Chinese five spice, garlic powder, curry, cumin, garam masala, rosemary, tarragon, black pepper, sage, cayenne, caraway seeds, crushed red pepper, chili powder, and a homemade blend I call “Poulet 20eme” which I devised in Paris. Will share recipe, if asked.
